Soundtrack of our lives

And the hardest part was falling down the stairs gracefully...

Sounds a lot like life to me. :-) Check out this beautiful song from Ghosts I've Met posted by the discerning authors of Those Who Dig. The full album drops this Tuesday, April 12.

This post is mostly a test of whether my 5-minute effort to embed a music player worked. If I've failed then please pardon my construction efforts and know I'll get back to them some time this summer. Busy times here and ahead.

The music player works! Good song. Not exactly my cuppa, but a good song nonetheless. There's a haunting aspect of this song that I like. Can't put my finger on it. Very somber. :)

Love it! If this is the kind of stuff you listen to I wish I was in the US so I could hear your Pandora stream :)

@FG Glad it works! Now I just need to find a new file server so I can store files myself.

What kind of music do you like most? I believe there is a time and place for most every kind of music, although I tend to prefer the slower, more indie folksy variety in the evening when I'm winding down or during times in life when I just feel more mellow.

@Absentbabinski: No Pandora outside the US?! Do you have access to something similar? It seems cruel to keep the Music Genome Project from other countries.

What artists and bands do you like most? Anyone from your neck of the woods I should be sure to check out? I have virtually no time to actively seek music these days, but I make time for strong recommendations. :-)
